Systems biology and AI promise a lot for biopharma. In this webinar, Darya Orlova looks at what they can realistically deliver, from target discovery all the way through Phase IV, and what could meaningfully improve the odds of translational success.
Darya is Chief Scientific Officer at Intercellular Inc. She has over 15 years of experience in computational and translational biology, with a focus on biophysics, systems immunology, spatial and single-cell omics, and AI-enabled target and biomarker discovery. She has built production computational platforms and led cross-functional research teams at Genentech, Cell Signaling Technology and Stanford University. She also co-founded Couloir Bio, which Intercellular acquired. She then joined as CSO to lead the combined company’s scientific vision.
In this webinar, you will hear about:
- Where systems biology and AI can, and cannot, help the biopharma industry
- What could improve the odds of translational success
- Current examples of how biostatistics, mechanistic modeling and AI come together in translational medicine
